Bob is a veteran member of the Charleston Fire Department and has many years experience training public safety divers throughout the state of West Virginia. His cridentials, training, experience and expertise in the field of public safety diving teams, has earned him a position of unparalleled respect and authority as the top public safety dive team expert in the state of West Virginia.
